The house was stocked well enough and the beds were comfortable. Host communication was decent. The peninsula was private and quiet. The area driving up to the house is bad. Not just lower income homes, which would be fine, but abandoned and decapitated homes with tents out from and a ton of trash. This isn't the hosts fault, just something to be aware of. The gate into the property never closes so that was a security concern for us. Half the windows in the home didn't close or lock properly so I spent about an hour trying to fix them all.
